Nicole Smith, CMRS--Nicole graduated from Ross Medical Education Center in 2010. She has gained medical office experience by working in two (2) separate chiropractic offices. She applied her knowledge gained at Ross in working with a medical billing company prior to being hired by MedTrust in 2013. While with us, Nicole secured her CMRS (Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist) certification from the American Medical Billing Association (AMBA)
Nicole is dedicated to being responsive and helpful to all of our clients. Nicole continues to provide us service on a part-time bais and always willing to help where needed.
Megan Wofford, CMRS—Megan has an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Mott Community College with applicable certification through the Ross Medical Education Program. Ross requires an Externship as a part of their Program and Megan served hers with Medtrust in July, 2015. Recognizing her abilities and seeing a customer-focused mindset, Medtrust hired Megan as a full time staff person at the conclusion of her Externship.
Wanting to continue her career in the medical billing and coding profession, Megan recently received her CMRS (Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist) certification. Presently, she assists both our Physical Therapy and Physical Medicine Clients in the ongoing efforts to secure medical reimbursement for services provided.
Samantha (Sam) Smith came on board with Medtrust in May of 2023. In 2022, Sam completed a medical biller/coder program from the University of Cincinnati. She is catching on quickly and continues to gain knowledge and experience as a Medical Billing Specialist for Medtrust.
